GoSquared keeps track of how many visitors convert to leads on your website. Whenever a visitor submits their email address through Assistant, GoSquared will automatically set their status in People CRM to Lead – learn about Statuses.
The conversion metrics are displayed in email reports that you can receive Daily, Weekly and Monthly:
Here's what the metrics mean:
- New Visitors = The number of new visitors on your site in that day/week/month.
- New Leads = The number of emails captured by Assistant.
- Visitor to Lead Conversion = % of New Visitors who become New leads, i.e. New Leads ÷ New Visitors.
